Terms of Service

By creating an account or using WisdomChat (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

WisdomChat is operated by GetSetAI, registered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India ("we", "us", "our").

WisdomChat is an AI-powered personal shopper and customer support platform that embeds a chat widget into Shopify stores. The Service includes:

• An AI chat widget embedded on your Shopify storefront via theme extension
• A Knowledge Base for training the AI on your products and policies
• Proactive product recommendations and discount campaign triggers
• A human agent inbox for managing escalated conversations
• Conversion analytics and performance dashboards

• You must be 18 years or older and have the authority to bind your business to these Terms.
• You must own or have the legal right to use the Shopify store you connect to WisdomChat.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately at support@getsetai.ai if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4.1 Free Trial

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial on the Essential plan. A refundable ₹1 (one rupee) charge is made at signup solely for payment method verification — this is not a subscription charge. Your subscription begins at the start of the month following your trial period.

4.2 Paid Subscription

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Razorpay.
• Billing auto-renews at the start of each calendar month unless cancelled.
• Plan upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Access to the Service continues until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial months. See our Refund Policy for details.

4.4 Price Changes

We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase, sent to your registered email address.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Shopify's Partner policies
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or platform code
• Use the chat widget to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam)
• Use the Service to collect sensitive personal data (financial credentials, passwords, health data) from your customers
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without written authorisation from GetSetAI
• Attempt to overload, scrape, or stress-test the platform infrastructure

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

• WisdomChat platform: GetSetAI owns all rights to the WisdomChat platform, including the AI models, software, and design.
• Your data: You retain full ownership of your Shopify store data, Knowledge Base documents, and chat conversation history. We do not claim any rights over your content.
• Feedback: If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant GetSetAI a non-exclusive licence to use it for improving the Service without compensation.

Your use of WisdomChat is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Conversation data is retained for 90 days. On account suspension or cancellation, all data is retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Shopify, Razorpay, AWS), scheduled maintenance, or events outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetSetAI's liability to you for any claim arising from your use of WisdomChat is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

GetSetAI is not liable for: lost profits, lost sales, loss of data, indirect or consequential damages, or any loss resulting from AI-generated responses that are inaccurate or incomplete.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

On termination, your access to the Service ceases at the end of your billing cycle. All data is retained for 90 days post-termination, then permanently deleted.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting support@getsetai.ai.
