Refund Policy

1. ₹1 Verification Charge

At signup, WisdomChat charges ₹1 (one rupee) to verify your payment method. This is a one-time payment verification charge, not a subscription fee.

This charge is non-refundable. It is used solely to confirm that your payment method is valid and active before your trial begins.

2. Free Trial

Your 30-day free trial gives you full access to the Essential plan at no charge beyond the ₹1 verification. No subscription payment is taken during the trial period.

If you cancel your account before the trial ends, you will not be charged anything further. The ₹1 verification charge is not refunded.

3. Monthly Subscription Charges

Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance at the start of each billing cycle via Razorpay.

  • No mid-cycle refunds: We do not issue refunds for partial months or for unused portions of a billing cycle.
  • Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges are made after cancellation.
  • Plan downgrades: Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No credit or refund is issued for the difference in the current cycle.

4. Exceptions & Dispute Resolution

We consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for the following situations:

  • Duplicate charges caused by a billing system error
  • Charges made after a confirmed cancellation request
  • Service was completely unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours during a billing period

To raise a billing dispute, email support@getsetai.ai with the subject line "Billing Dispute" within 7 days of the charge. Include your account email and the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt.

Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay and typically appear in your account within 5–7 business days.

5. Enterprise Plans

Enterprise plan customers are subject to the refund terms defined in their individual subscription agreement. Contact support@getsetai.ai for details.
